Planzly works because members treat each other with respect and consideration. These standards help ensure everyone has a positive experience.
Core Principles
Be respectful
Treat other members the way you'd want to be treated. Listen actively, respect boundaries, and make space for everyone in the conversation. Remember that everyone is here to meet new people, which takes courage.
Be honest
Your profile should accurately represent who you are. Don't misrepresent your intentions, interests, or circumstances. Authenticity is the foundation of genuine friendship.
Be reliable
When you accept an invitation, others are counting on you. If you can't make it, let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust the group. Reliability builds trust.
Respect the friendship focus
Planzly is for friendship, not dating. Romantic or sexual approaches are not appropriate. If you're looking for romance, this isn't the right platform.
Respect privacy
Don't share other members' contact details or personal information without their consent. What happens in Planzly experiences should stay within the group unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
What's Not Acceptable
The following behaviours will result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from Planzly:
- ×Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
- ×Discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or any other characteristic
- ×Romantic or sexual advances
- ×Sharing inappropriate content
- ×Using Planzly for commercial purposes or recruitment
- ×Repeated no-shows without notice
- ×Creating fake profiles or misrepresenting yourself
- ×Sharing other members' information without consent
- ×Any illegal activity
Reporting Concerns
If you experience or witness behaviour that violates these standards, please report it. Every report is reviewed by a real person. You can report:
- Through the feedback form after each experience
- Anytime through the app's report function
- By contacting us directly at safety@planzly.com
All reports are confidential. We will never share your report with the person you're reporting.
Enforcement
Violations of these standards may result in:
- 1A warning for minor first-time violations
- 2Temporary suspension of your account
- 3Permanent removal from Planzly
- 4In serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities
We review all reports carefully and aim to be fair in our decisions. Our goal is to maintain a safe, welcoming community where genuine friendships can form.
