You can report concerns at any time through the app. Every report is reviewed by a real person. You can also choose to never be matched with someone again—no explanation required.

Membership pricing will be announced for the pilot. Pilot members will receive founding member pricing and priority access. Individual experiences may have additional costs for food, activities, or venue fees—these are always disclosed in advance.

Membership includes access to curated experiences, thoughtful matching, private feedback systems, and the ability to connect with mutual matches. Experience costs (food, activities) are typically separate.

Yes. You can pause or cancel your membership at any time. We believe you should stay because you're enjoying the experience, not because you're locked in.

Currently, all experiences are in Birmingham. We carefully select venues that support good conversation—restaurants, cafes, galleries, parks, and activity spaces. All venues are visited and vetted before use.

No problem—just decline through the app. There's no pressure or penalty. We'd rather you attend experiences you're genuinely excited about.

Life happens. Let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust the group. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future invitations, as reliability matters for group experiences.

Over time, groups with mutual interest and good chemistry can become recurring social circles—regular meetups with people you've connected with. It's how Planzly helps friendships grow beyond single events.

We facilitate contact sharing only when interest is mutual and both people consent. This typically happens after you've met at experiences and both indicated you'd like to connect further.

That's okay—not every experience will lead to lasting connections. Give it a few experiences before deciding. Our matching improves as we learn more about you, and different activities attract different people.
